Paul Bellantoni
Director of Asset Management
Paul brings 25 years of invaluable experience in multifamily operations – specializing in asset repositioning, value-add, and new development lease up – to his position as Director of Asset Management at Quantum Equities. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer overseeing property management at Pepper Pike Capital Partners, a Midwest-focused developer, where his responsibilities included revenue management, marketing, capital improvement, and leadership of internal and third-party management companies.
Prior to his stint at PPCP, Mr. Bellantoni was Vice President at Morgan Communities – where he was instrumental in creating branding, building out the corporate infrastructure, and assisting with design for new development and redevelopment assets for a portfolio that grew by 10,000 units during his tenure – and Vice President at Fairfield Residential, where he oversaw a nine-state portfolio.
During his time off, Paul enjoys spending time with family and is an avid cook.
Josh Fink
Director of Acquisitions
In his role as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions, Mr. Fink’s responsibilities include sourcing, underwriting, and business plan development for all new acquisitions. Josh honed his business acumen in similar positions within the industry, founding Voyage Realty – a Maryland-based private residential investment company – and acquiring commercial properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region at Mosaic Realty Partners in Baltimore, Maryland.
Ezra Azizi
Asset Manager
Quantum Equities’ asset manager, Ezra Azizi, currently oversees a portfolio of units across the Carolinas, Florida, and the Atlantic region. The expansion and success of Quantum’s core New York market – which is now valued at approximately $1 billion – may be attributed to Mr. Azizi, who was directly responsible for its management and growth.
